The Cosmic Balance II is a turn-based strategy game written by Paul Murray for the Apple II and published by Strategic Simulations in 1983.[1] It was ported to the Atari 8-bit computers. The game is a sequel to The Cosmic Balance (1982) also designed by Murray.[1]
